For Atron Systems, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to contribute to building and maintaining their technical platform and ensuring the operation of systems for customers in Sweden and Norway.

ATRON Systems delivers business systems for public transport and has been developing and integrating smart solutions for both cities and regions for over 40 years. They offer complete business solutions, from e-commerce and mobile applications to hardware installations in buses, trams, and trains.

Their headquarters is located in Germany, but they also have offices in Sweden, Switzerland, and Croatia. From the Swedish office, they work with customers in both Sweden and Norway and actively work to expand in the market. The corporate language is English.

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer at Atron Systems, you will play a key role in:

• Building and maintaining the Kubernetes/Docker-based platform – from construction to deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Implementing and operating the cloud infrastructure in close collaboration with product owners and software developers.
• Managing incidents, problems, and troubleshooting.
• Further developing CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure and processes.
• Developing reusable solutions for the operation of development and production systems.
• Planning and executing rollouts of new functionalities.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Technology stack

At Atron Systems, you will work with modern technologies and tools, such as:

• Container & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts
• Authentication & Data Flow: Keycloak, Kafka
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana/Loki, Elastic Stack (ELK)
• CI/CD & Infrastructure: GitLab CI/CD, Harbor, Ansible
• Databases & OS: PostgreSQL, ETCD, Ubuntu/CentOS Linux

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in DevOps and the methods and tools used in the field.
• Good knowledge of IT security.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Preferred: Experience with Linux server distributions, cloud infrastructure, containers, and databases.

• You will be part of a DevOps team of 6 people, but you will also work closely with the software team in Linköping.
• You will be offered further training through access to Udemy courses.
