About the position

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Manager who wants to work with the entire invoice flow along with detailed cost control. The role involves having a central function in ensuring accurate cost accounting and working closely with our operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Management of supplier invoice flow in Exflow and Microsoft Business Central
• Data analysis
• Reconciliation of accounts payable
• Develop and automate financial processes

Qualifications:

• Financial education at least at the high school level
• At least five years of experience working with accounts payable
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience in process improvement and digitization is an advantage
• Experience with Exflow, Microsoft Business Central, and Power BI is a plus
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
