About the role: In this role, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for the entire payroll management – from payroll preparation to reporting. You will be a key player in the team and work closely with others to ensure smooth processes.

Job responsibilities include, for example:

• Ongoing payroll management for both employees and workers, e.g., payroll preparation and handling of taxes and deductions.
• Management of AGI and payroll transparency
• Controls, investigations, and process improvements
• Work in the payroll system Agda
• Provide support in payroll issues and guide colleagues in the organization

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in payroll administration
• Has solid experience in Agda (requirement!)
• Is structured, meticulous, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is unpretentious and pedagogical, with a good ability to support colleagues
