About the Position

We at Wrknest are currently assisting our partner Nordic Biosite in finding their next star in logistics for their office in Täby! You will be part of a wonderful, supportive team that cares about each other's well-being. Since the company has customers all over the world, a large part of the daily contact with customers will be in English.

The assignment is a consultancy position where you will be employed as a consultant with us at Wrknest and work on-site with the client. The assignment is a temporary position, but there are good chances for extension or permanent employment.

Your Future Responsibilities

In the role of a logistician, you will have varied tasks where half of your work will involve product packaging and the other half will consist of administration and customer contact. Your role is to ensure that deliveries to customers are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively. Your tasks include, among others:

• Handling incoming deliveries and, if necessary, picking up products via a freight forwarder from the customer
• Contacting suppliers regarding any issues with deliveries (damaged products, incorrect quantities, incorrect products, etc.)
• Providing information to customers about backordered products and other changes regarding delivery
• Retrieving information from the company's database and updating orders, contacts, customers, etc., for accurate delivery
• Invoicing orders that are delivered during the day
• Assisting with internal purchases and other company functions

We are looking for someone who has

• High school education
• Very good computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of Swedish

We consider it a merit if you have

• Experience working with the business system Pyramid
