We are a young and ambitious team of about 40 people and are now looking for a service-oriented customer service representative for our customer service team. Currently, we are 5 people and need help from May to August.

As a person, you are helpful and organized. You find it easy to handle people and can meet them in a professional manner via email and phone. It is important that you enjoy solving problems, are stress-resistant, can prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You like to take responsibility and will ensure that customers receive prompt assistance with their inquiries. We also value that you have good computer skills and can independently search for and find information. We work with a rotating schedule, and weekend shifts may occur. Your tasks will include:

• Customer service via email
• Customer service via phone
• Returns and complaint handling

Competence requirements:

• Experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in customer service
• Experience in administrative work
• English – good understanding in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience in handling customers over the phone
• Language skills in Danish, German, or Finnish.
