Job Description: Rental Operations Agent

You enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Shift work may occur. Industry experience from car rental, service, or retail is a plus.

Main responsibilities/tasks at the station:

• Welcome customers and listen to their wishes to present the best car for their needs.
• Provide information about rental car prices and guide the customer through the entire process up to the signing of the rental agreement.
• Sell additional products and services such as GPS, extra insurance, etc.
• Exterior and interior cleaning of the cars
• Check-in and damage control of the cars in our systems
• Facilitate a good working environment at the station
• Cleaning and tidying of the workplace including car wash and parking spaces
• Simple maintenance work on the cars such as changing wiper blades, refilling washer fluid, etc.
• Deliver cars to customers and service workshops
• Instruct customers on the functions of the cars and perform general customer service tasks

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid B driver's license is required
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form, other languages are an advantage
• Detail-oriented and stress-resistant
• Flexible
• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Experience in car rental and/or customer service work is a plus.
