The office is located in Upplands Väsby and is infused with gaming joy in both atmosphere and interior details. There are good connections for those traveling by public transport (Upplands Väsby station) as well as free parking for those driving.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Buyer at MaxGaming, you will play a central role in the company’s growth journey. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in Europe and Asia, ensuring that the company always has the best conditions regarding products, prices, deliveries, and agreements.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating and securing the best deals with suppliers
  • Planning, placing, and following up on purchases
  • Continuous article maintenance and price optimization
  • Trend spotting, measuring, and analyzing sales development
  • Close collaboration with the marketing department regarding campaigns and marketing support
  • Handling transportation and customs issues
  • Participating in the planning and execution of events and campaigns
  • Traveling to manufacturers and suppliers in Asia
  • Close collaboration with the company’s CFO

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of retail, preferably with experience from both physical stores and e-commerce. You have worked in a similar role for at least 3-5 years and have experience with purchasing processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management. We would like you to have been part of a growth journey before and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You are a driven and results-oriented person who takes responsibility for your work and possesses strong analytical skills. Identifying trends and acting on them is second nature to you. You are a skilled negotiator with strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can quickly adapt to changes. Additionally, you have a genuine interest in the gaming and e-sports market and want to influence the future of products.
