SJR is now hiring a driven Sales Analyst for our client in Kista, a global company in the electronics industry. This is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible, initially for 6 months with employment at SJR and the possibility of extension or employment with our client thereafter. The company applies a hybrid model where you are expected to work on-site at the Kista office four days a week, with the remaining time available for remote work.

About the role

Are you a structured and analytical person who enjoys working in an administrative and coordinating role? We are now looking for a Sales Analyst who wants to contribute to our success by supporting the sales team with effective data management, customer follow-up, and reporting. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a central role responsible for managing administrative processes and coordinating activities to support our sales teams and customers. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and structure data to drive effective solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Create and update reports and analyses in Excel to support the sales team.
• Compile and structure sales data and follow up on campaigns and activities.
• Coordinate and administer projects and tasks related to sales and customer experiences.
• Act as support for customers and internal teams by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and contribute to optimizing workflows.

Suitable background

• Have very strong Excel skills and can handle advanced functions, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Enjoy a role with a significant portion of administrative work and preferably have a background in a coordinating role.
• Be organized, meticulous, and possess strong analytical skills.
• Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Be self-driven, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
