They collect and manage residual materials from customers' operations through recycling and/or energy recovery. In their daily operations, customer benefit equals environmental benefit. In Sweden, PreZero operates at about 60 locations, has over 1,100 employees, more than 50 recycling and reception facilities, and manages waste disposal in around 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations not only create value for the customers they provide recycling services to but also for the manufacturing industry and energy sector by refining waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

Responsibilities
PreZero now needs to strengthen its administrative department with a new colleague. In the role of customer service representative/administrator, you will participate in the daily operations with the main task of staffing the customer service and serving customers in the Eastern Region.
You will be responsible for customer support via email and phone with various inquiries regarding waste management and the services offered. You will work in operational systems with order reception, order follow-up, invoice inquiries, crediting, statistics, record maintenance, and some complaint handling. PreZero works with digital order systems, but the job also involves checking and following up on orders and requests before invoicing. You will work closely with PreZero's customers as well as with internal functions, such as sales teams, transport managers, and drivers, to quickly and service-focused resolve various support issues.

• Record maintenance and order and complaint handling
• Invoicing and crediting
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Completed secondary education
• Experience working in an administrative role and/or customer service
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer and system skills, knowledge of business systems (e.g., order, invoicing, accounting, and statistics programs) is an advantage
• Experience from the environmental and recycling industry is a plus
In this role, you are expected to take responsibility, drive, and plan your work forward. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to structure your work according to what should be prioritized. You understand the importance of good communication and can easily adapt to different people and make yourself understood over the phone. As a person, you are attentive, accommodating, and enjoy helping others. You always put the customer first and strive to deliver solutions by working consultatively. Furthermore, you can work outside the confines of your job description and have no problem helping and supporting colleagues in areas where needed. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Start: Immediately Location: Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka, with the possibility of hybrid work Salary: By agreement
