Job Description

Protector offers insurance to corporate clients in both the private and public sectors. As a claims lawyer in our Liability team, you will play a key role in independently managing liability claims. This means you will investigate insurance cases, assess liability for damages, and represent our insured clients against claimants. You will have regular contact with both internal and external parties, making your role both varied and dynamic.

You will be part of a competent team of claims lawyers and report directly to the claims manager for Liability.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a law degree and at least three years of experience in handling liability claims. If you have also worked with construction law and transport law, that is a significant advantage.

As a person, you are driven, efficient, and self-sufficient, with a strong ability to take initiative. You master tort law and have a keen ability to identify what is important in each case. You are social, unpretentious, and collaborate well with others. We work closely together in the team and support each other when needed, and we appreciate that you are willing to share your knowledge.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have excellent customer service skills and a solution-oriented approach.
