Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a payroll administrator for our governmental client. If you have experience in payroll management and thrive in a structured work environment, this could be an exciting opportunity for you. In this role, you will contribute to an efficient and accurate payroll process within a significant organization. The work involves managing payroll from start to finish in accordance with applicable laws and collective agreements. You will be responsible for the administration of time reports, travel expenses, and other compensations, as well as ensuring accurate reporting to authorities such as the Tax Agency and Fora. Additionally, you will handle personnel issues related to salary, pensions, and benefits. Furthermore, you will participate in improvement work and streamlining payroll processes, as well as support reporting and the preparation of statistics. If you are structured, meticulous, and have a strong sense of service, this could be the role for you!

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
• You have good knowledge of Excel.
• It is highly meritorious if you have worked in the Palasso system.
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Salary

28,000-32,000 SEK/month.

Start Date and Application

Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start on 2025-06-01, and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-11-30 with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. The assignment is to be performed at our client's office in Kungsholmen.
