We are looking for dedicated support technicians with experience in IT support for our Remote Support Team! Do you have 1–3 years of experience in 1st line support, 2nd line support, or as an IT technician and feel it's time to take the next step in your career? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!

In this role, you will work with both software and hardware, focusing on the document management solutions that Ricoh provides to its customers. Your workdays will be varied and will include everything from user support and installations of new hardware to troubleshooting both software and hardware.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a solution-oriented and social person with a great interest in IT! We prefer that you have at least one year of experience in IT support via phone, chat, and email. You have technical skills and are accustomed to handling incoming cases both independently and in a team.

Your technical experience includes working with Active Directory and/or Entra ID, and you also have knowledge of working according to SLAs as well as a good understanding of ITIL.

Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.

Additional information

Some of Ricoh's customers require security clearance for personnel working with them, therefore Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
