About the Position You will be offered a need-based employment at one of our offices in Sweden. The team consists of 9 other colleagues led by a Team Manager. Your employment will start with an introduction where you will receive the training required to understand your upcoming tasks as well as the various routines and guidelines of the customers. Working hours are scheduled from 07:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-18:00 on Saturdays. The start date for the position is according to agreement.

Your Responsibilities Your main tasks will consist of providing good customer service in both Danish and Swedish via phone, email, and chat. The customers are focused in various areas such as technology, e-commerce, lifestyle, and more. With high quality, you will handle customer inquiries and guide them correctly to resolve various issues. Together with your team, you will provide customer service for different clients and products included in your assignment.

You will work in several different systems and occasionally handle a high influx of customer inquiries primarily via phone. In this role, you will be performance monitored by your Team Manager to develop in your role and follow various KPIs.

Your Profile As a person, you enjoy helping people navigate their inquiries and solve various problems. You are happy to assist your colleagues when needed and have a positive attitude. Furthermore, you want to learn more about customer service and develop in the field. To provide the highest possible service, you are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and are attentive to the customer's needs.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Fluent in Danish, as the language is used daily in your work
  • Fluent in Swedish, as the language is used daily in your work
  • Can work varying hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • High school education
  • Good computer skills
