We offer you the opportunity to be part of our interviewer pool where you can choose the shifts you want and are able to work, and we will match needs and assign shifts based on the current demands of the business. Therefore, there are no guarantees for a specific number of shifts.

Your responsibilities

The role of an interviewer at Ipsos Norm involves conducting interviews with individuals to collect data and information. As an interviewer, you will work with data collection in various areas such as market research and opinion polls, and the data collection is carried out using different methods, usually via telephone or in-person interviews.

Expectations of you

To succeed as an interviewer, you need to be proactive and skilled at communicating and getting the interviewee to want to participate, as well as being open and honest in answering questions.

An important part of the job is to ensure that interviews are conducted in a professional and ethically correct manner. The interviewing profession often requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to different situations and people. The interviewer should have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being adept at organizing and planning. The work demands the highest standards of confidential handling of information and privacy, as well as a high degree of integrity.

Depending on the data collection method to be used, requirements include having your own PC with Windows and a USB headset, basic computer skills such as downloading programs and troubleshooting, or in some cases access to a driver's license and a personal vehicle, for example. Work may occur both during the day and in the evening. You need to be fluent in Swedish and registered in Sweden.
