We are looking for a driven sales associate at 30% for our Chilli store in Väla, Helsingborg.

About the position

As a sales associate with us, your main tasks will be to sell furniture and home decor products through active sales to customers in the store. You are responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store and that it is perceived as well-organized and attractive.

The tasks are varied and include answering calls and emails, receiving goods deliveries, unpacking and assembling products, pricing items, signage/product display, inventory, and cash register work.

To fit the role, you need to be:

• Results-driven - you love to sell and are motivated by good sales results. You are driven and humble in your sales approach and strive to constantly improve.
• Relationship-building - you are passionate about service and genuinely interested in sales and customer interactions.
• A team player - you contribute to a positive atmosphere and see the strength in collaborating to achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in sales. Experience as a salesperson in a store is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Turned 18 years old
• Completed secondary education

The position is a temporary contract at 30% with immediate start until August 2025, with a chance of extension. Work is scheduled on weekdays, during the day, evenings, and every other weekend.
