About the Position

Are you service-oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service? Do you want to develop within customer support and gain valuable work experience? Then we have the job for you! We are looking for a service-oriented customer service representative for Mestergruppen in Helsingborg. As a customer service representative, you will handle inquiries via phone and email from the company's customers. Therefore, you are responsible for providing attentive and service-oriented support to the customer. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM.

The position as customer support at Mestergruppen is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible according to agreement. For the right person, there is an opportunity for the employment to transition to the client.

About You

We are looking for someone with a high level of service ability who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You may come from the service industry or a similar field. We see that you are independent in your work style and can easily prioritize different tasks on short notice. Furthermore, we see that you are driven, flexible, and enjoy taking initiative.

Important for the position is:

• Previous experience in service
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Communicative

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
