We are looking for a rental administrator with a few years of experience in property systems, rental law, and financial follow-up. Your tasks will include:

Managing rental invoicing in property systems Administering contracts for commercial and residential properties Managing property finances, customer accounts, and debt collection Working with confidential information and personal data

We are looking for someone who has:

2-3 years of experience in rental administration or similar tasks Basic knowledge of rental law Experience working in property systems and managing rental invoicing Experience from public sector is an advantage

Location: Täby Assignment period: March 31, 2025 - September 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension Scope: Full-time (100%) Hybrid work: Possibility for 1-2 days of remote work per week Application deadline: March 24, 2025
