Pricing Manager at Coor Sweden

Who are we?

As a Pricing Manager, you will belong to the Pricing team, which consists of pricing managers across several of Coor's service areas. You will report to the head of the Pricing team.

The Pricing team is part of the Commercial unit in the Swedish company, which also includes the functions of Marketing, Business Development, Advisory, and Sales. The head of the Commercial unit is part of the Swedish management team.

What will you work with?

In the role of Pricing Manager, you will create well-founded cost calculations for Coor's bids for small to large cleaning service deliveries. This can include standalone cleaning service deliveries as well as larger FM assignments with multiple services, where cleaning is one of them. You will ensure that your cost calculations are based on well-founded assumptions derived from given procurement documents, physical site visits, and benchmarking against similar assignments. You will primarily work in project form with cohesive business development/sales teams, primarily within the Swedish market, but Nordic bids may occur.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Independently lead cost calculation work aimed at calculating the cost of our cleaning service deliveries
• Based on cost calculations and market knowledge, create competitive and market-based pricing within the cleaning service
• Review data in procurement requests to understand the cleaning service delivery
• Request clarifications from the customer where necessary
• Dare to challenge old truths and find creative solutions to create efficiency or when information is lacking
• Be responsible for and further develop calculation models
• Collaborate with other team members involved in the project team
• Collaborate with line operations to anchor the calculations

Requirements for experience and competence:

• Very good knowledge of cost calculation for cleaning services, with at least 5 years of work experience in the role
• At least 3 years of experience in successful cost calculation for cleaning services
• Deep experience in complex calculations covering many sites/objects of various types
• Good skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Good competence in Office tools, with very good competence in Excel
• Good problem-solving ability and business acumen
• Good communicator, experienced in dialogues with senior decision-makers

About the position

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period of full-time (100%)

Location: Coor's headquarters, Haga Norra, Solna, hybrid position

Working hours: Weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM
