We are looking for colleagues for our Motor Claims group!

About the job

As a Claims Adjuster, you will handle motor claims according to applicable insurance terms and legislation. Your main tasks will involve managing claims primarily related to collisions, thefts, and recovery of vehicles in traffic accidents involving cars, motorcycles, and mopeds. You will work with all aspects of the claims process, which includes receiving claims reports, assessing damages based on terms, making payments, and finally documenting the claims process in internal systems. Customer contact primarily occurs via phone and digital channels.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school education; a relevant university degree is an advantage. We prefer candidates with experience in the insurance industry, and knowledge of claims adjustment is a plus.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and confident, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. You interact with others in an open and accepting manner, making both customers and colleagues feel comfortable. To thrive in this role, we see that you have a genuine interest in service and the customer's situation. You also have the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, take initiative, and apply your experiences flexibly.

About us

At our office in Falun, we have our claims department where about 110 employees work every day for our customers who are also our owners. The claims department is currently divided into several groups with different assignments within claims management. The Motor Claims group consists of 24 employees who assist customers who have experienced some form of damage to a vehicle. The group includes both Motor Claims Adjusters and Motor Technicians who all work closely together in a fast-paced environment and collaborate not only with each other but also with other teams within the claims department.

The position is based at our office in Falun and is for a permanent employment as well as a temporary position for about 12 months.

Selection and interviews may take place on an ongoing basis. As part of the process, you may be required to undergo tests.
