Customer Service, Region Service, is located at our hospitals in Avesta, Falun, Ludvika, and Mora. Administration, inventory, and oversight of housing, as well as photography and activation of e-ID cards, will take place in all locations.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant, your job responsibilities will include:

• Various administrative tasks
• Receiving error reports via phone, email, and forms
• Creating work orders in the system
• Administering parking matters, accommodations, car pool usage, and e-ID cards.

Additional Information

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school diploma
• Experience with switchboard work where you receive orders
• Experience in handling cases in various business systems
• Experience in administrative work
• Driver's license (B)

Before a potential job offer, you must have presented an extract from the Police's criminal record.
