As a Business Controller Supply Chain, you will play a key role in developing and streamlining processes together with the business, as well as driving financial monitoring and analysis. Department Description

You will be part of a controller team that belongs to the finance function and reports to the Supply Chain Controller. You will have close collaboration that spans the entire supply chain function and you will also work cross-functionally with the commercial organization. The location is Grängesberg or Stockholm. The role is central to securing and improving profitability and efficiency across the supply chain, from supplier to distribution to customer.

Job Description

As a Business Controller Supply Chain, you will:

• Support forecasting and budgeting processes for the entire supply chain.

• Be responsible for monthly investment follow-up in collaboration with the supply chain project organization.

• Prepare monthly financial statements with accompanying reporting for the entire supply chain.

• Develop and streamline work processes with a focus on data collection, analysis, and visualization in collaboration with the controller team and the business.

• Monitor, analyze, and propose improvements related to profitability, costs, and variances in the supply chain.

• Monitor, analyze, and drive improvement initiatives related to working capital for the entire supply chain.

• Support Product Calculators in ongoing calculation work.

• Ensure financial input and actively contribute to current improvement areas and projects.

Requirements and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in finance or industrial economics

• Several years of experience in controlling or similar fields

• Good system competence and a data-driven approach. You are familiar with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Driver's license and the ability to travel between our production sites and headquarters

Preferred:

• Experience with M3, Cognos, and structured improvement work.

As a person, you are business-oriented and analytical, with the ability to work both operationally, tactically, and strategically. You have a structured approach and enjoy collaborating across departmental boundaries. Your ability to communicate and visualize data makes you a valued team player.
