Healthcare Administrator - a structured and service-oriented problem solver

Job Responsibilities

As an administrator with us, you will play a central role in the operation, responsible for creating structure, managing documentation, and ensuring that daily administration runs smoothly. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, but who can also prioritize and adapt to new circumstances.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties
• book and administer visits and meetings
• handle correspondence via 1177
• provide telephone advice for administrative questions
• be a spider in the web for the habilitation center's various partners
• contribute to developing and improving administrative routines
• assist with some follow-up of assistive devices

Qualifications

Requirements:

Since you will be working with issues related to patients, we want you to

• be a trained nursing assistant who has completed the Health and Care program
• or the vocational package Health and Care in adult education
• alternatively be a rehabilitation assistant or have other experience from healthcare

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience in administrative work and good computer skills
• is service-oriented and has a professional and helpful attitude
• has the ability to make independent decisions and prioritize tasks
• is structured and meticulous with an eye for detail
• enjoys phone contact and communication with various stakeholders
• is easy to collaborate with but is also self-driven and proactive

Meritorious

• previous experience with the journal system Take Care or Cosmic
