Personal Assistants Bromma/Blackeberg. Part-time and extra jobs.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a part-timer, hours according to agreement. We are also looking for people who want to work extra.

You will work with an over 80-year-old, multi-ill woman who lives in her own apartment and needs support in her daily life with everything from personal care, medication, healthcare-related tasks, household chores, communication, and social support.

The shifts are scheduled Monday to Sunday, both day and night with sleeping on-call duty.

We are looking for you, a pleasant woman, who has a genuine interest and feeling for caring for people and with the qualifications described below.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Woman, preferably 40 years or older.
• Several years of experience in care, as a nursing assistant or personal assistant.
• Experience in performing healthcare tasks by delegation.
• You must understand, speak, and write fluent Swedish as this is a job where good communication is important.
• Be able to be active via Whatsapp, participate in digital meetings, and manage email.

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Training in care and nursing.
• Experience/interested in neurological care.
• Experience/interested in palliative care.
• Experience in transferring with a lift.
• Experience/knowledge of MS.
• Experience in handling oxygen.

YOUR PERSONALITY

• Calm and secure in yourself.
• Have extra patience.
• Responsible and able to take initiative and adapt when new situations arise.
• Good communication skills.
