About the position

We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants part-time, approximately 2-3 shifts a week with our client in Skuru (Nacka). We are also looking for someone who is willing to work as a substitute when regular assistants are absent.

The client is only seeking female assistants.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Accompany on activities, for example, going to the gym
• Social interaction

The position involves shifts on weekdays and weekends:

• 2:40 PM - 8:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
• 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM on weekends
• Night shifts with sleeping duty may be relevant in the long term
• Evening shifts in the long term

About the client:

The client is a woman in her 25s living in Skuru. She has a great interest in makeup and also enjoys working out at the gym and going on trips. Some of the tasks may include cooking and cleaning the home. Our client needs your help in her daily life as she has Autism.

Are you the one we are looking for:

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can see the needs of others. As a person, you are calm, empathetic, secure, and socially perceptive. You are good at reading situations and can stay one step ahead. If you share her interests in gym training and makeup, that is an extra plus.

If you are also someone who finds it easy to understand other people's life situations, you have every opportunity to become a good assistant.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Autism

Requirements:

• Not allergic to pets, a dog is present in the home
• Non-smoker

Scope: 1-2 part-time positions approximately 38%. 1-2 substitutes as needed.

Start date: Immediately, interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
