About the position As a Business Controller, you will be part of a team of ten people. You will be responsible for the business area of Restaurant and Service Services, working closely with operations managers and business area managers, and sitting in the management team of the business area to create profitability. Responsibilities: • Responsible for budget and forecasting processes • Drive and coordinate monthly reporting • Present monthly results • Conduct analyses • Follow up on profitability • System responsibility for the business area • Support in KPI analysis • Ad hoc tasks related to the function • Drive/be part of finance-related projects within the business area The role involves many internal contacts, and you will report to the CFO. The office is centrally located in Stockholm. Your background We are looking for someone with an academic degree or equivalent post-secondary education in finance. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Experience in profitability and financial analysis, especially within Facility Management, is highly meritorious. We expect you to be IT and system savvy and proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus. The position requires you to speak and write fluent Swedish and English.

We want you to be driven and self-sufficient, with a knack for communication aimed at consulting relevant internal parties. It comes naturally to you to work towards goals while caring for colleagues and supporting the team when needed. Your ability to see the big picture combined with your business sense will be an asset to the organization. You have high ambitions and a strong desire to grow in the role while having a genuine interest in the industry and valuing relationships with colleagues.
