The Italian Cultural Institute C.M. Lerici operates on behalf of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and its mission is to serve as a link between Italy and Sweden while promoting cultural work between the two countries. For this reason, the institute conducts a number of different activities. Among the most important are concerts, film screenings, lectures, and various exhibitions.

We are now looking for a bilingual driver-receptionist for a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary. The position is a permanent employment.

Job Description

Assist in the daily operations of the institute as a driver and receptionist. Welcome visitors to the institute and manage the switchboard.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Italian and Swedish. All approved candidates will undergo an interview in both languages.
• Valid B driver's license in Sweden. All approved candidates will undergo a practical driving test.
• High school and higher education is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Previous work experience in the field is an advantage but not a requirement.
