We are now looking for a senior accountant with at least 10 years of experience in qualified accounting work for a six-month assignment starting immediately.

About the assignment

The assignment is a consulting assignment through Bemannia starting immediately and lasting for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The assignment is 50-100% with some variation over time. You will be based at the unit's office in Stockholm. Remote work may occur to some extent by agreement.

The accounting group is organizationally placed in the Finance Department. The department is led by the CFO of SKR and currently has 20 employees, of which 4 work with accounting. There is currently also support from external consultants within accounting. The Finance Department is responsible for governance, finance, as well as purchasing and procurement issues.

Your tasks

• Support the accounting group and others in more advanced/complex accounting and development issues.
• Participation in and/or driving development work within financial processes.

Your qualifications

To take on the role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Relevant university degree in finance.
• Several years of experience, at least 10 years, in qualified accounting work in a larger organization with more than 500 employees.
• Deep knowledge and documented experience regarding accounting processes, VAT in the non-profit sector with mixed deductibility, taxes, representation, pensions, annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements, cash flow analyses, non-profit activities, business activities, and municipal operations.
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of and experience with common programs such as Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
• Knowledge of and experience working with financial and business systems.
• Very good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish.

Meritorious

• If you have an auditing background.
• Experience working in a labor-intensive service business.
• Management experience and experience in coaching.
• Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
