Accounts Assistant with Experience in Accounts Receivable

Do you have previous experience as an accounts assistant with accounts receivable?

We are now looking for an Accounts Assistant with experience in accounts receivable on behalf of our client. Our client is one of Sweden's largest companies in the grocery retail sector with its headquarters in Solna. Your role as an Accounts Assistant will be within customer/supplier accounts and other financial administration. The tasks will include;

• General procedures in accounts receivable
• Reminders and controls
• Providing support to BackOffice
• Answering customer inquiries
• Daily reporting
• Archiving
• Compiling invoice documentation
• Other administrative tasks

The assignment means that you are employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work at our client's beautiful office in Solna. The position is full-time and is expected to start on May 12 and run for 6 months with a chance of extension. Office hours apply.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous work experience in finance and customer-supplier accounts
• At least completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on economics
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and proficient in English
• Not afraid to pitch in where needed
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, flexible, and structured
• Unpretentious with good teamwork skills as you will work in a small team with very close collaboration
