Personal Assistant for a Man with Acquired Brain Injury

We are looking for a dedicated personal assistant for a 65-year-old man with an acquired brain injury. As an assistant, you play a key role in supporting and assisting the man in his daily life. This exciting role involves night and around-the-clock staffing, requiring a dedicated and responsible person.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to the man according to individual needs
• Assist with daily activities and chores
• Ensure that the man feels comfortable and has a meaningful life
• Monitor and assist during the nights and be ready for interventions around the clock
• Accompany and assist with bathing once a week

Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has a good command of the Swedish language. Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries or similar disabilities is an advantage but not a requirement. More importantly, you should have empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others.
