We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in a little girl's life!

The girl is four years old with significant care needs, and we are now seeking a reliable personal assistant who can provide her with security and care.

The girl receives all her nutrition via a feeding tube and has extensive swallowing difficulties, which means she can choke at any time of the day and experience airway obstruction. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have experience working with emergency situations such as providing first aid (CPR).

Your tasks will also include assisting the girl with personal hygiene, mobility, hand-holding, meals, training, medication, outdoor activities, and similar. The girl’s daily condition determines her care needs.

✔ Medical care – handling medication, jejunostomy, mucus mobilization, and monitoring.

✔ Basic care – helping the girl find comfortable positions and creating a safe environment.

✔ Presence and engagement – providing the girl with companionship, security, and stimulation in her daily life.

Who are you?

✔ Reliable, calm, and attentive

✔ Have experience in medical care (preferable but not required)

✔ Can work independently and take responsibility

✔ Have a big heart for children and want to provide them with the best possible care

The position is primarily during the day, but it includes working evenings and nights. It is very important that you are flexible and can work both night and day.

The workplace is in Hässelby and within walking distance from Hässelby Strand subway station.

We offer a probationary employment for six months, after which we offer a longer employment. We provide a favorable salary and wellness benefits.
