We are looking for a senior Financial Controller for an exciting assignment within an international organization. In this role, you will have a central position where you are responsible for IFRS16 accounting, accounts payable processes, and improvement work. Are you analytical, structured, and have experience with complex operations? Then this could be the right assignment for you!

As a Financial Controller, you will:

Be responsible for IFRS16 accounting, where parts of the work are carried out continuously during the month and in connection with the financial closing. Manage and develop the accounts payable (AP) flow in collaboration with an outsourcing partner. Drive improvement projects related to the AP process and IFRS16. Be responsible for ICFR controls and ensure regulatory compliance. Work with system integrations and data management to streamline processes.

Requirements

Excellent skills in Excel, with experience in handling large data sets. Experience with accounts payable processes and understanding of IFRS16. Deep knowledge of Swedish accounting regulations (K3) and IFRS. Experience working in larger companies with complex operations and system environments. Familiarity with shared service centers. Structured and deadline-oriented, with strong analytical skills.

Technical skills

Experience with:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud/FCC, Coupa, other pre-systems • Handling of IFRS16 files and system imports • Knowledge of Power Query is a plus
