About the position

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be part of the Financial Services team, which manages JM's customer and supplier invoices. Together with four colleagues, you will be responsible for everything related to accounts receivable, including setting up customers, invoicing, debt collection, and providing service to our internal stakeholders and external customers. You will also work with account reconciliations, bookkeeping, and year-end closing tasks. Your primary focus will be on accounts receivable, but you will also support accounts payable.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of processes and JM's digitalization of accounts. Over time, you may become a superuser for a process or system and mentor and support colleagues in the area. In your role, you will have many points of contact and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist the group manager with certain administrative tasks, such as planning the year-end closing work.

Your profile

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or similar.
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably also accounts payable.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, and experience with SAP is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• A strong interest in developing invoice management, and if you have been part of a similar transformation journey, that is a plus.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and confident in your skills. You are solution-oriented with a great curiosity and a desire to learn new things. Furthermore, you are responsible, communicative, engaged in what you do, and have good collaboration skills. About the employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment based at the headquarters in Haga Norra. You will report to the group manager for Financial Services. The start date is flexible, but it is desirable that you can start on the first of June.
