It is no secret that it is the people who create Hertz's success. The cars are the foundation of our business, but it is the commitment, knowledge, and care of our employees that make us the market-leading car rental company we are. If you want to be part of a family-oriented company where mobility solutions, social responsibility, and commitment to people and the environment are high on the agenda – then this might be the next step for you!

We are now looking for an experienced Revenue Manager for Hertz Sweden who will be a key person in developing and improving the company's strategy for dynamic pricing and revenue management.

Your main responsibility will be to optimize revenue streams and ensure that we have the right offer at the right price. Together with the Director of Revenue & Pricing, you will conduct deeper analyses and work to ensure that the company remains competitively strong. To ensure effective pricing and matching of demand and supply, you will closely collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and workflows. You will also have significant responsibility for system development and improvement of pricing systems within Sweden, with a particular focus on database management via Power BI. Furthermore, you will actively work to optimize the revenue side by supporting and improving sales and service processes, as well as collaborating with Hertz International and the Nordic companies to implement best practices and share insights. Contributing a broad perspective and developing the organization's understanding of market analyses related to pricing is a major focus. Additionally, an important part of your role will be to promote knowledge and engagement in the area through a pedagogical and inspiring approach, as well as acting as a strong support to our station network to optimize local pricing. The role also includes supporting the implementation of new and existing tariff codes (prices) in all relevant systems. If necessary, you will also contribute to other tasks within the department, based on time and prioritization.

To apply for the position, we see that you have:

  • Post-secondary education in economics, sales, or business management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in dynamic pricing, both strategically and operationally.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and proficiency in other Office applications.
  • Solid knowledge of database management via SAP and Power BI.
  • Documented experience from the travel industry, automotive industry, or other price-sensitive businesses.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

In addition to this, we place great importance on your personal qualities. We believe that you are structured and meticulous in your work. You have a strong analytical ability and are confident in presenting new insights and ideas to optimize our workflows related to revenue and pricing. You enjoy a variety of contact points and value good collaboration and building strong business relationships. The role requires you to be independent and to proactively drive your work and projects forward. Staying up to date with the latest in your field is not just a given but something you are passionate about.
