Preschool Strategist for Bromma District Administration

We are now looking for an engaged preschool strategist with a passion for development and quality issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and strengthen the preschool's operations in Bromma through strategic and operational work. You will collaborate closely with the department head, preschool managers, and the preschool staff to drive development forward.

Your role
As a preschool strategist, you are a key person in the preschool management team and work with strategic issues to develop and strengthen the quality of Bromma's preschools. Your assignment is broad and includes analysis, development, and coordination. You are expected to contribute to creating an equitable and high-quality preschool where children's learning and development are in focus.
You have a special responsibility to monitor and analyze the external environment within the department to ensure that the department stays at the forefront of development. In your role, you are responsible for the department's strategic competence supply and coordination of practical training within the district in collaboration with the preschool administration, universities, and colleges. You drive digitalization issues to ensure a pedagogical and effective use of digital tools. Furthermore, you coordinate cultural initiatives for the preschool and conduct investigations and prepare materials for service statements to support the development of the operations.
Your competence and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in education or another relevant qualification combined with acquired experience.
- Experience working with managers or in leadership roles and knowledge of what is needed to anchor strategies and coordinate activities.
- Knowledge and experience in quality work and organizational development.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience in driving digital development.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience working in municipal or state operations.
- Good insight into educational issues.
- Experience conducting investigations and preparing materials for service statements.
Your personal abilities and skills
