HR Partner at Lidingö City
The HR unit belongs to the City Management Office, which is one of our six departments in Lidingö City. However, we work as HR support for the entire organization, which consists of approximately 2,500 competent employees. Daily, we assist our colleagues with advice, support, and services within our areas of expertise and drive strategic development issues. Within Lidingö City, there is a wealth of expertise and many professional categories, creating a dynamic work environment with much exchange and learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Partner, you will work consultatively with the city's managers and provide qualified support across the entire HR area, including labor law, work environment, recruitment, and rehabilitation. You will support a certain number of managers within various operations in the municipality, and we will help each other with cases and cover for one another in the workgroup.
You will have a special focus on work environment issues and work more deeply within the area. You will collaborate closely with your HR colleagues, managers, union representatives, and colleagues in other units and departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
For this position, you are required to have a relevant academic degree, from a human resources program or another education that we assess as equivalent. You have at least five years of experience in both operational and strategic HR work. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have previously worked with and have experience in work environment issues.
To succeed in this role, you need to have a consultative working style and enjoy coaching managers. You have good collaboration skills and are skilled at creating and maintaining relationships, are confident in yourself, and have the ability to structure your work. We place great importance on your personal qualities and work based on the values of engagement, professionalism, and initiative. We therefore expect you to contribute with commitment, a professional approach, and to take initiative to continuously develop yourself and the organization.
OTHER
The city applies individual salary setting. The position is a temporary contract with immediate start until the summer of 2026.
