The primary care clinic currently has approximately 13,000 registered patients.

The clinic offers both scheduled and urgent visits as well as home healthcare. We also have nurse-led clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, and osteoporosis.

We actively work to develop and utilize digital solutions, both to meet our patients' needs and expectations and to promote quality, safety, and accessibility. The primary care clinic Sophiahemmet offers you the opportunity to be a part of our and healthcare's development in an exciting and fun job. You will work alongside about thirty competent and engaged colleagues in a dynamic environment.

As an administrator, you will provide administrative support to the organization, which includes keeping our website and other digital channels updated and informative. We offer a varied job where you will interact with our patients and healthcare providers via phone, chat, and 1177. We use TakeCare and digital dictation. Staffing our reception with cash handling is included.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained healthcare administrator/medical secretary. You have a curious mindset and see improvement opportunities in both daily tasks and larger perspectives. For you, digitalization is a natural approach, and you easily navigate new systems. You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and successfully plan and prioritize your work. Experience working in primary care and with TakeCare is an advantage, and we prefer that you have administrator training in TakeCare.
