Temporary Office Staffing Needed

Do you have the right qualifications for Rusta and Matcha 2 and are looking for a flexible part-time job? At Trimtab, we are currently seeking substitutes for office staffing, where you will ensure that operations run smoothly as needed – without having responsibility for participants or guidance tasks.

About the Role – Important to Know

• This is not a guidance role. You will not hold individual conversations, set up schedules, or be responsible for the participants' development.
• You will act as support for the office, not for the participants.
• Your focus is on ensuring the office is staffed and operations are running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities May Include:

• Being present to ensure the office is open and functioning.
• Performing administrative tasks and practical coordination.
• Referring participants to the right person without providing guidance or support yourself.
• Communicating with other staff to ensure continuity.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has the right qualifications according to the Employment Agency's requirements to work within Rusta and Matcha 2.
• Is flexible and can work as needed.
• Is structured and enjoys administrative tasks.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Requirements According to the Employment Agency (AF):

To work in Rusta and Matcha 2, you need to meet one of the following options:

Option 1:

• 📍 At least 180 credits from a college/university.
• 📍 At least 2 years of full-time work experience.

Option 2:

• 📍 At least 1 year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level.
• 📍 At least 3 years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:

• ✔ Management with personnel responsibility
• ✔ Recruitment
• ✔ Study and career guidance
• ✔ Transition work for job seekers
• ✔ Work with labor market and employment issues
• ✔ Work in social and group psychology or career counseling

NOTE: Before you can start, we must be able to verify your education and experience with certificates according to AF's requirements.
