About the position

We at Perido are looking for an accounting economist for Kammarkollegiet, specifically for the administrative law department. They handle cases within areas such as environmental law, property law, foundation law, and stamp duty. You will be based in the office located in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the organization's accounting and providing financial support to the department's managers. Your tasks include managing incoming and outgoing payments, invoicing, reconciliations, as well as working with budgets, financial analysis, and forecasts. The role requires work in financial systems, bookkeeping, budget monitoring, reporting, and year-end closing. Collaboration occurs with the finance and administrative departments and other units.

Responsibility is a central trait, as the role requires independent work and ensuring that financial processes are carried out correctly. Qualifications:

• University degree in finance or equivalent education and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as an accounting economist
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Good knowledge of relevant accounting systems (e.g., U4 Agresso, Raindance, etc.)
• Experience in government accounting
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2025-12-15. Start date 2025-06-16.
