I am looking for someone to strengthen my fantastic team of assistants. The position is part-time, approximately 80%, and includes day, evening, and night shifts (sleeping duty).

I am also looking for someone interested in a temporary position for when the need arises.

I

- am a 57-year-old man with a spinal cord injury seeking someone to work as a personal assistant.

- am completely paralyzed after a car accident and need help with everything practical in my daily life – at work and in my free time.

- am married and live in a villa in Nacka. I enjoy spending my free time at our summer house in Grisslehamn, north of Norrtälje.

- love my job as a journalist and am also interested in music, social issues, good food, and spending time with friends.

You

- do not mind irregular working hours.

- are attentive and have a great understanding and respect for personal integrity.

- are meticulous and good at keeping time.

- do not need any previous care experience; attitude and personality are more important.

- have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

- have a driver's license and good driving experience.

As my assistant, you will be employed by the Cooperative Tetra, which I run together with two other people. We started Tetra to offer our assistants good conditions, and we run the company without any profit interests.

Tetra is a member of the employer organization Fremia, and our employees are covered by the collective agreement Fremia has with Kommunal.
