RESPONSIBILITIES

You focus on the guest and ensure that all visitors receive a welcoming and professional reception. You answer questions, handle cash transactions, and contribute to creating a positive atmosphere at the facility.
You monitor the pools to ensure the safety of visitors and intervene when necessary. This also means handling emergencies and being able to act quickly and correctly in the water.
An important part of your role is to ensure that the swimming facility's areas are clean, fresh, and safe. You are responsible for maintaining good hygiene through regular cleaning and minor maintenance work.
Your work also includes working in our café operations, where you are responsible for sales and for keeping the café well-organized and inviting.
Depending on your skills, you may be responsible for conducting swimming lessons.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we want you to have:

You are at least 18 years old.
Good swimming skills and comfort in the water.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience working with computers and digital tools.

We see it as an advantage if you have:

Experience working as a lifeguard or in swimming instruction.
Swimming instructor training or pool lifeguard training.
Experience in café, restaurant operations, reception, hygiene, and cleaning.
