Receptionist for our client Roxtec in Karlskrona

Are you our new receptionist? We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys a varied and dynamic environment with wonderful colleagues.

Responsibilities:

At our office in Karlskrona, there is a lovely energy and atmosphere. We have many visitors from all corners of the world, and you will ensure a first-class reception for both external visitors and internal colleagues.

Your main task as a Receptionist is to create an inviting and professional impression. Your tasks will be very varied, such as receiving visitors, answering the switchboard, handling mail, purchasing, and ordering all the items that make a workplace pleasant and functional.

Who are you?

To thrive with us and in your tasks, it is beneficial if you have:

• High school diploma
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Driver's license (B)

You are a social person who radiates energy and is service-minded. You have a natural drive and a strong initiative. You are structured and organized, while also being flexible and enjoy making quick decisions and handling sudden changes. You have a good ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you have a natural ability to create and maintain relationships with both colleagues and visitors.
