Administrator for Saab Kockums Security Department

To enable this, we are now seeking a dedicated and communicative administrator who also wants to work with security-related issues.

Your Role

Your main tasks will be to manage the Saab Kockums security expedition in Karlskrona. In your role as a security administrator/registrar, you will be part of the security department. You have a good command of the English language and are flexible for travel in the job.

Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Registration, archiving, and filing
• Encryption and management of cryptographic keys
• Administrative tasks
• Involvement in the digitization of security-related support systems
• Administrative tasks in our national and international projects
• Providing a redundant capability for our security expedition in Malmö

You will report to our Head of Security Office but will be part of a department that covers all aspects of the security function.

Your Profile

You are meticulous, structured, service-oriented, and have a sense for details and format. You are reliable and have high personal integrity. You have good problem-solving skills and are not afraid to tackle both larger complicated tasks as well as smaller ones. You are unpretentious and work to improve both the department and the company's daily operations related to security and security protection work. You enjoy working independently while being part of the security department. You have the ability to adapt your communication style, both verbally and in writing, based on the context.

We find you particularly interesting if you have the following:

• Experience in registration and archiving
• Interest in national and international security protection
• Signal protection training
• Experience working in or with the public sector

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
