Do you want to make a difference for the students in Söråker? Are you a secure adult who thrives working closely with both students and colleagues in a school under development? We are now looking for you who want to strengthen our Year 5 groups and be an important part of our older children's afternoons at the leisure center.

About the position

This is a role for you who want a varied daily routine where you have the opportunity to make a difference in several different contexts.

Your role in the classroom (morning): In Year 5, our teachers work in subject teams (Swedish/Social Studies or Math/Natural Sciences). Your task will be to facilitate smaller groups and provide that extra support that enables all students to succeed. By working closely with the teachers and being there where the groups need you the most, you contribute directly to study peace and security in the teaching.

Your role at the leisure center (afternoon): After lunch, you shift your focus to the leisure center and our older students. Here you get the chance to build relationships and create a meaningful leisure time where you are the adult role model who supports and inspires the children during their afternoons together with experienced colleagues.

• Are a qualified teacher, leisure pedagogue, or have other pedagogical experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Have a strong commitment to the student's learning and well-being.
• Are a pronounced team player who wants to contribute to our positive work culture.
• Are accustomed to, or curious about, working in different constellations during the same day.

Requirements and conditions

To be considered for employment, it may be required that you, in connection with the interview or prior to employment:

• Present a valid ID document.
• If necessary, verify education with grades or diploma.
• Have the right to work in Sweden and can present a valid work permit.
• If necessary, present a valid driver's license.
• If necessary, present a valid professional license.

For some positions, a security clearance may be conducted in accordance with current regulations. If the position is subject to security clearance, you are required to undergo and pass this. For a few security-cleared positions, in addition to the requirement of a passed security clearance, Swedish citizenship may also be required.
