You step into a central role where the focus is on strengthening and standardizing the technical platform around Microsoft Dynamics 365. The assignment involves creating a secure, stable, and scalable Azure-based environment that supports LCM activities, monitoring, security, compliance, licensing, and connectivity for multiple Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.

You work in a complex group environment where several companies and teams depend on a well-functioning platform to develop and manage D365 solutions in a uniform way. Here, you combine architecture, automation, and operational platform responsibility in a role where your work has a clear impact on many users and development teams.

• You drive and support the operational work around the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with a focus on stability, security, and standardization.

• You handle incidents, requests, change, and problems in the company's ITSM tools, including issues related to IAM, licensing, monitoring, and security for several D365 applications.

• You develop and maintain automated solutions in Azure that uniformly configure surrounding services for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments in a scalable way.

• You contribute to improving the platform's workflows within LCM, connectivity, compliance, and technical management.

• As needed, you participate in projects and activities together with different business areas and contribute with technical advice and solution design.

• You have specialist competence as a Technical Solution Architect within Dynamics 365 FO (ERP) and Dynamics Co-pilot.

• You have broad technical knowledge within Power Platform and Azure services.

• You have knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines as well as various interfaces for managing Power Platform, such as ARM templates, CLI, and PowerShell scripts.

• You have a good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes.

• You have experience working within Infrastructure & Operations.

• You have experience from larger, complex organizations.

• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
