Job Description

In this role, you will step into a central, outward-facing, and relationship-building position. Your focus will be on driving the project forward by identifying cost-saving potential, coordinating efforts across multiple departments, and turning data into practical, sustainable solutions. The role requires a highly adaptable approach, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive work ethic.

Your main responsibilities:

• Operational Collaboration: Act as a supporting partner to the organization's various departments to jointly identify unused PC computers and surplus hardware.
• Needs Analysis: Investigate and find strategic solutions to proactively reduce the long-term need for hardware and associated licenses.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain close, professional, and trust-building contacts with employees and key persons cross-functionally throughout the organization.
• Project Monitoring: Analyze progress, monitor status, and report project results continuously to the steering group and relevant forums.
• Economic Control: Ensure that the project's set goals for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the license structure are met.

Requirements

We are looking for a confident and senior controller who thrives in operational and complex environments. To fit the role, you have:

• Senior Experience: Several years of experience working as a project controller, operational controller, or in a similar role. Experience in IT projects, resource optimization, or Software Asset Management (SAM) is a plus.
• Motivation & Proactivity: Documented experience in independently driving project activities and achieving set cost-saving or efficiency goals.
• Relationship-building Skills: Extensive experience handling various contact areas in a large organization with an adaptable, attentive, and professional approach.
• Analytical Ability: Ability to grasp complex structures, analyze data, and transform insights into practical and pedagogical action plans for operations.
• Languages: Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing (a requirement as the role involves extensive contact with internal employees).
