We are now looking for a Senior Project Controller for an exciting and operationally close assignment within the public sector. You will become an important part of a strategic initiative aimed at optimizing the IT environment by reducing the number of computers and licenses in a sustainable and cost-effective manner.

In this role, you will work closely with various business units and support the organization in identifying equipment that is no longer in use, analyzing needs, and working together with the operations to find smart solutions that contribute to increased efficiency.

This is an assignment for you who like to combine analysis with many contact surfaces and who are motivated by creating real operational value.

• Support a strategic change project focused on IT and license optimization.

• Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to map existing computer equipment.

• Identify computers that are no longer in use and contribute to a more efficient IT environment.

• Analyze needs and suggest improvement measures that reduce unnecessary costs.

• Drive the work forward through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Have several years of experience as a Project Controller, IT Controller, or in a similar senior role.

• Are accustomed to working operationally close in complex organizations.

• Have good analytical skills and a structured way of working.

• Are communicative and easily build trust with both colleagues and stakeholders.

• Are self-motivated, unpretentious, and enjoy driving change work.

• Have a strong focus on results and operational value.

You are a person who is senior and confident in your role, solution-oriented, proactive, and has a smooth way of collaborating with different stakeholders. You are motivated by creating results and thrive in a role where you get to take own responsibility and drive the work forward.
