Sylvamo Nymölla mill is located two miles east of Kristianstad in Bromölla Municipality. The mill manufactures paper pulp using the magnesium sulfite method and uncoated fine paper. Multicopy is our most well-known product. The production capacity is 340,000 tons of pulp and 475,000 tons of fine paper.

Do you want to work broadly within finance in a company where you take own responsibility and are an important part of the team? We are now looking for a Finance Assistant for Nymölla mill for an exciting parental leave replacement for approximately 18 months.

Do you have basic financial knowledge? Are you a pro at invoice processing and have good system knowledge? Then this could be a job for you!

About the role The position involves a wide range of financial tasks, including:

• Handling supplier invoices (matching, coding, reminders, etc.)
• Reconciliations and investigations
• Accruals
• Assistance with year-end closing
• Other finance-related tasks

You are also expected to be helpful with questions from the organization!

Who are you? We are looking for you who have previous experience with financial tasks similar to the above and a good understanding of the entire financial chain. The role requires that you are good at organizing, planning, and structuring your work. Since the work often also involves daily contact with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, we are looking for you who are social and service-oriented. We value collaboration and good team spirit. Therefore, we are looking for you who contribute with a positive attitude, are helpful to your colleagues, and enjoy working together to achieve common goals.

Your skills and experience We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in finance or work experience considered equivalent. You should have good knowledge of Excel and be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. We would like you to have experience working in business systems, where knowledge of SAP is an advantage. A valid driver's license (Category B) is also required for the position.

Other details The position is a full-time parental leave replacement intended to start as soon as possible and last for approximately one and a half years. Working hours are during the day. Remote work may be offered on occasions where the work allows.
