We are growing and looking for an experienced TSL coach. Both full-time and part-time positions are of interest.

Accelerera din Framtid AB is a labor market company with 20 years of experience helping people move forward. We work successfully with transition funds, the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), HR departments, and as consultants for various authorities and the business community.

Accelerera operates based on several tenders, projects, and assignments, such as the Transition Fund (Omställningsfonden), TSL, TSN, and Rusta och Matcha. We act either as project holders, consultants, or representatives. We aim to leave our mark on the Swedish labor market with our expert knowledge and enthusiastic forward-looking approach. Whether it involves resolving unemployment situations, overcoming motivation slumps, or promoting well-being, we are likely the optimal partner.

The services are primarily performed at our various offices in Malmö, with occasional travel required.

IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU ARE CERTAIN OF YOUR FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS BEFORE APPLYING FOR POSITIONS WITH US. To clarify the background requirements for the TSL coach specifically:

• The coach must have at least seven years of working life experience equivalent to full-time employment.
• During the last seven years, the coach must have worked for at least three years equivalent to full-time as a coach with professional competence.
• The coach must have education in areas such as working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business economics, work-life psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, social work education, or job coaching education.
• Ability to create engagement and motivation in the participant.
• Ability to develop the participant's job-seeking competence.
• Provide hands-on assistance to the participant when needed.
• Have good knowledge of the local labor market as well as good knowledge and developed networks with companies in the relevant tender area.
• Ability to support the participant in matching their skills to the needs of the local labor market and assessing the need for educational and complementary measures to increase employability.
• Ability to explore thoughts regarding starting a business – including driving forces, realistic possibilities, and challenges – and to inspire testing and developing one's business idea.
• Have good knowledge and experience of other systems in society that may be relevant to the participant, such as local and regional support for entrepreneurship, AGB, unemployment insurance funds (A-kassan), the Swedish Public Employment Service, municipal learning centers, CSN (Student Aid Agency), the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and the state wage guarantee (in the event of bankruptcy).
• Have good knowledge of digital matching work. This means understanding how to use digital tools, including AI-driven services, and being able to support the participant in handling the digital tools that employers use in recruitment processes.
