Finance and HR Assistant with Payroll Expertise for an Expanding Company

Do you have a firm grasp of payroll and want to work in a broad role at a growing and successful company? Are you a social and structured person who enjoys varied tasks within finance, HR, and administration? Then this might be for you! To our client, we are now looking for a Finance and HR Assistant who can also handle payroll to strengthen the existing team. The role includes HR and payroll as well as other financial and administrative tasks. You will also handle some bookings, purchases such as office supplies, answer the phone, and manage other tasks that may arise in the office.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Payroll management
• Financial administration, e.g., bookkeeping
• Various administrative tasks
• Purchases, bookings, phone duties, and other occasional tasks

About you:

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience, as well as good experience, particularly with payroll. You are organized, like numbers, and have good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with systems such as Pyramid is an advantage, and you are welcome to have an interest in developing/improving processes in business systems.

You are an independent, meticulous, and enterprising person. You like it when things are happening and are happy to help where needed.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Location just outside Landskrona. Start date according to agreement.
