It is an advantage if you have experience from the association sector and your professional background is from the sales industry. You have prior experience in outbound and advisory sales and maintain a long-term approach to your customers.
ABOUT RAVELLI:
RAVELLI helps associations and school classes finance their activities or go on their dream class trips. RAVELLI's motto is "everyone comes along," ensuring all children can afford to participate in sports or join class trips. Since 2014, we have distributed over 65 million SEK to school classes and the association sector.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
As a Customer Success Manager at Ravelli, you are responsible for driving sales processes and developing business across the country. You achieve this by systematically identifying and creating partnerships with new and existing associations in RAVELLI's customer base.
Your responsibilities include creating value for the customer and ensuring they can easily use our service. You drive your own sales and work independently through the entire sales process, from initial contact and contracting to follow-up, upselling, and customer care.
In this role, you report to and work closely with sales managers in Stockholm, becoming part of the sales team, which currently consists of five people. As the company is in a strong growth phase, there are significant opportunities for the right person to grow within the organization.
